This is our Team Sponsor registration site which allows you to fill out the sponsor form and submit the sponsor donation for your selected sport season online.   

If you would prefer to complete a paper copy of the form and mail it with a check, a copy of the Team Sponsor form can be found at the bottom of this webpage which can be downloaded and printed.

This registration does not require that you create a profile signin, you can use the registration as a "Guest".   

• Have their business name printed on the team's jerseys.
• Receive a plaque with your team’s picture suitable for your business office.
• Are acknowledged on our sponsor webpages which includes your business logo, phone number, web address, and a short message.
