This is our Sponsorship Opportunities Registration site which allows you to fill out the sponsor form and submit the sponsor donation for your selected sport season online.   

If you would prefer to complete a paper copy of the form and mail it with a check, a copy of the Sponsorship Opportunities form can be found at the bottom of this webpage which can be downloaded and printed.

This registration does not require that you create a profile sign in, you can use the registration as a "Guest".   

• Your business name displayed on all team shirts.
• A plaque with team picture to display showing your support for DAA.
• A placement on the DAA sponsor webpage showing your business name, website link, phone number, and a brief message.
• Shout out on Social Media
